Edit Field Service Details - Checks

The Checks button on the Edit Field Service Details screen allows you to view the answers the field service employee entered on their PDA for any pre or post checks.

To view pre and post checks for a field service order:

  1. Display the Edit Field Service Details screen.

Refer to "Maintaining a Field Service Order".

  1. Select the Checks button.

Micronet displays the Field Service Checks screen.

  1. To edit a pre or post check, select the check and press Enter.

Micronet displays the Field Service Checks screen.

  1. When you have finished making changes, select Accept and then Ok to save your changes.

Micronet redisplays the Edit Field Service Details screen.
